  • Early Academics/Authors: €580 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Academics/Authors: €700 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Early Students*: €380 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Students*: €450 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Early Industry: €700 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Industry: €750 (including VAT at 22%)
  • Delegates Resident in Developing Countries**: €380 (including VAT at 22%)

Each authors is allowed to submit and present a maximum of two papers (Maximum of 10 pages each). Additional papers require a fee of €100.

*Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree (Ph.D. and Master Degree students). This rate does not apply to Postdoctoral researchers.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all Conference oral sessions;
  • Partecipation to round tables, workshops, and industrial match;
  • Publication of the Proceedings in AMSActa Institutional Research Repository of the University of Bologna (DOI and ISBN released, Abstracted in Google ScholarOpenAIREBASE);
  • Eligibility for publication in the Special Issues for the Supporting Journals;
  • Conference materials;
  • Coffee breaks and refreshments as detailed in the conference programme;
  • Lunches;
  • Gala dinner at a Michelin Guide's restaurant (Typical Bologna's dishes);
  • Partecipation to Industrial tours (Food industries and/or wineries).


Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 8 April 2021, a full refund will be given less a 50% administration charge. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8 April 2021, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
