  • chat with the company HR staff
  • be contacted for job interviews in case companies find your profile of interest 
  • attend the webinars organised during the day

Who can participate

The event is reserved for the students / graduates of the University of Bologna: 

  • students attending the third year of a first cycle degree (Bachelor)
  • students attending the last two years of a single cycle degree;
  • students of a second cycle degree;
  • graduates who completed their degree in the past 36 months;
  • master graduates who completed their degree in the past 36 months;
  • PhD who have completed / are completing the last cycle.

How to participate

In order to participate to the virtual fair and make the most of it you should:

    You have to register on you will be able to upload your CV. Sign up now using your email address ( This will be necessary to apply to the job offers. 
    From 14th October you will be able to access the companies booths and showcase your profile, check the available job offers and plan to attend the webinars which will take place during the day. 
    On 20th October from 9.30 till 6 pm you can connect to the event anytime, chat with the company HR staff, attend the webinars, interact with the companies who may be inviting you to a video interview!

A few tips to make the most of the event

  1. Make sure you have a good internet connection on the day of the event
  2. Use Chrome or Mozilla for a better navigation
  3. Prepare an effective CV, this is necessary for the companies to notice your profile and potentially invite you for an interview.
  4. Visit the company booths from 14th October, only this way companies will see your profile and CV.
  5. Use the chat on 20th October, get in touch with company representatives, be prepared and learn more about the companies you wish to contact so to ask specific questions.
  6. If you wish to participate to the webinars and / or video interviews check the fair agenda and see the platform used by the different companies (for example Teams, Meet, Zoom, Skype, Cisco webex etc.)
  7. Be ready, plan in advance an appropriate and quiet location for the day, pay attention to your dress code! Some companies may be contacting you for a video interview.
