Workshop "Mathematical Physics of Complex Systems"

At "Il Palazzone", Cortona (Italy), June 12 - 16, 2023

Complexity is a feature emerging from the collective behavior of many-body interacting classical or quantum systems and plays a key role in several research fields ranging from statistical mechanics to artificial intelligence, machine learning and quantum computing, which have witnessed an impressive development in the last two decades.

All such advances and their leading themes in the hard sciences demand the robust and rigorous foundations provided by the mathematical physics approach. The meeting will bring together the international leading scientists at the forefront of these topics with the emerging community of younger scholars.
