IFAC Activity Fund Outreach Event
Innovation, Sustainability and Resilience from a Systems-&-Control Perspective: A Forum for Ideas and Networking
The IFAC Activity Fund Outreach Event will be organized in connection with the "1st IFAC Workshop on Control of Complex Systems (COSY 2022)” as a pre-conference workshop on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the conference venue - Aemilia Hotel, Via Giovanna Zaccherini Alvisi 16, 40136 Bologna, Italy.
Registered participants in COSY 2022 are entitled to participate in the IFAC Activity Fund Outreach Event free of charge, provided that they send an e-mail to cosy2022@unibo.it, with object "Registration to IFAC Outreach Event" and with their coordinates in the core of the message, as soon as possible and no later than November 18, 2022.
The aim of the event is to create, through round tables organized with high-profile panelists, the awareness of the crucial role of Systems and Control in the implementation of the measures needed to achieve the present main goals of the local, national and international policy, like the transition to:
- Digitalization;
- Green and sustainable industry;
- Cleaner energy;
- Low-emission mobility.
The labor-market and civil-society actors who are pre-eminently addressed by the event are private and public enterprises, start-ups and spin-offs, industrial associations, leagues, of cooperative enterprises, regional governance, civic and cultural associations.
BI-REX Competence Center plays a crucial role in the event organization as the joining link between the academic world and the actors to reach out.
