Guide lines for authors of accepted contributions
Plenary Lectures
Duration: 40 minutes, audience will not be able to ask questions. Discussions with the participants are likely to take place during the many breaks in the program.
Keynote Lectures
Duration: 25 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time. Discussions with the participants will also take place during the many breaks in the program.
Invited Lectures
Duration: 20 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time. Discussions with the participants will also take place during the many breaks in the program.
Regular Lectures
Duration: 15 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time. Discussions with the participants will also take place during the many breaks in the program.
Young Scientist Lectures
Duration: 10 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time. Discussions with the participants will also take place during the many breaks in the program.
Posters
Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference: they should be fixed on Monday, and removed on Friday morning. Poster presenters are invited to be on hand with their poster during the poster sessions. Preferred Poster Size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm), , poster orientation must be portrait. Fixation set will be provided.
