θ-positivity, introduced by Guichard-Wienhard, provides a unifying framework that extends several known phenomena of positive representations of surface groups into Lie groups. In this talk, we take a geometrical point of view on θ-positivity, based on special subsets of flag varieties, so-called diamonds. We then explore the dynamics that θ-positive representations of finitely generated free groups induce on certain flag varieties.
