EVERY DELEGATE SHOULD REGISTER AND PAY REGISTRATION FEES

Fees include (for ORAL and POSTER)

• Book of program
• Conference sessions
• Reception, Lunches and Coffee-Breaks

Banquet

Banquet will not be organised, given the very large number of delegates expected.

CONFERENCE FEES

UNTIL May 31, 2021 (After this date payments ONSITE cash only):

- REGULAR FEE  € 738 (Oral or Poster)

- VIRTUAL Repository (PPT+audio) € 369

- VIRTUAL Live (ZOOM) € 492

DEADLINE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT: 31st May 2021

After this date payments ONSITE cash only: € 800

PAYMENTS

Instructions for payment will be sent to delegates upon acceptance of abstracts.

Please note that LIVE and REPOSITORY fees cannot be refunded.
For ORAL or POSTER fees, in case the conference will be ONLINE only, we will refund the remainder to the ONLINE fees.
