We are pleased to announce the Final Conference of the PROVIDE project “Provision of public goods by EU agriculture and forestry: the way ahead and the future of the CAP" that will be held on Wednesday 27 June 2018 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Fondation Universitaire in Rue d'Egmont 11, Bruxelles.

The H2020 project PROVIDE "PROVIding smart DElivery of public goods by EU agriculture and forestry” has deeply explored the provision of public goods by agriculture and forestry. Over three years of work, the project has addressed mapping, valuation, stakeholders role and improved governance mechanism design with a strong policy focus. Empirical results involve regional case studies in 13 countries of the EU and build on input from surveys involving more than 5000 households and farms.

The objective of the workshop is to present the results of the project and to discuss them with stakeholder and policy makers. In particular, it aims at contributing to the current debate on the recently published regulation proposals for the new CAP.

We are finalising the programme that will be available online as soon as possible.
