UNA-Random is formed by a group of scientists who analyze complex random systems from different approaches. Random systems are ubiquitous and their study involves different branches of Mathematics and Statistics given uncertainties in parameters, known unobservables, and external influences. These appear in natural to social and data sciences, including physics, biology, epidemiology, neuroscience, economics, finance and machine learning.
The workshop combines talk sessions, which are open to the interested audience, and operational meetings (round tables) that are reserved to the project members.
