Poster session guidelines

All presentations are on-site only. Posters are allocated a specific day and session. There will be two poster sessions:

• Wednesday 9th from 16:45 to 18:30
• Thursday 10th from 16:45 to 18:30

POSTER NUMBERS, SETUP AND REMOVAL

1. Starting from lunchtime (13:30 on the 9th, 13:00 on the 10th) on the day of your poster presentation, please go to the poster desk where the staff will be available to provide you with the necessary material to attach the poster to the board.
2. Each poster board will accommodate maximum one portrait style (not landscape!) poster with dimensions not larger than 700mm wide x 1000mm high.
3. Poster presenters must hang their posters prior to the session.
4. We advise you not to laminate your poster, as this will complicate attachment. Also, materials different from paper might be too heavy or difficult to attach, avoid them too.
5. Presenters are responsible for their own posters at all times. All posters should be removed by the end of the poster sessions. Organisers will not store posters that will not have been removed by then.
6. The poster sessions will be attended by many attendees at the conference and there will be a considerable number of posters in this session. Please, pay extra attention that your poster is clear, concise and well laid out for maximum impact.

POSTER PRINTING
You are responsible for the printing of your own poster. There are several options to print your poster in Bologna,
here are some:

• Copisteria Asterisco - info@asterisco.srl Mon.-Fri. 9:00-18:00 / Saturday & Sunday closed

Please note that printing posters at the venue will NOT be possible.
