Programme

As universities become increasingly global in scope, they must adopt cross-cutting strategies to meet this shift. However, this evolution brings with it both practical and structural challenges. Can our institutions develop a shared vision for international engagement? Which tools and organizational frameworks can help us navigate obstacles and align international efforts?

Through hands-on workshops, collaborative discussions, networking sessions, and cultural activities, participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers from across Europe, exchange successful approaches, and contribute to building a cohesive and forward-thinking international strategy.

During the Staff Training Week, participants will engage in a variety of activities aimed at exchanging knowleldge, practices and experiences.

The topics we are going to explore together are:

  • Mobility and Inter-Institutional Agreements  
  • International Networks and European alliances  
  • Development cooperation  
  • Welcome and Support of International Students 

 

The 2025 Staff Training Week will start on 10 November afternoon and will end on 14 November after lunch.
