Accommodation

Participants are kindly requested to book their hotel in Bologna.

The Magna Charta Observatory cannot provide a hotel booking service.

Participants will pay for the room at the departure. A credit card number will be asked for as a guarantee.

Booking can be canceled without penalties within a period of time before the arrival date. This period of time depends on the hotel where the participant books the room.

Bologna is a medieval city and its hotels are integrated with its architecture. Therefore room number of each structure is limited. For this reason, Magna Charta Observatory has made agreements with many hotels, all situated in the city centre, most of them within walking distance from the conference site.
The special rates indicated are valid only for this event and only in case of participants will mention Magna Charta at the moment of the booking. City tax is not included.
