Transfer from the Bologna airport to the city centre

The conference will be held at Aula Absidale Santa Lucia, Via de’ Chiari 25a, in the centre of Bologna. The hotels are located in the city centre as well.

To go to your hotel, or to the conference venue from Bologna airport (10 km approx) you can get either the Marconi Express - reaching the train station in 7 minutes at 9€20 or a taxi - reaching the city centre in about 20-25 minutes for around 25€.

Meals

Coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners indicated in the programme are included in the participation fee.

 

Wi-fi

In case you need to use a wi-fi during the conference, please, bring your passport/ID card with you, as you will need to write its details on a form to receive the username and password at the reception desk. 

 

Pictures at the Ceremony

Taking pictures and making movies is forbidden during the Ceremony of the Signature of the Magna Charta Universitatum. A professional photographer and a cameraman will register the whole ceremony, that you can download from the Magna Charta Observatory website.

 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

As a participant in this event, you may be photographed.

With your participation you authorise the use of your images in photographs, videos and other reproductions.
