Conference Deadlines

• June 28th, 2023: abstract submission (max 300 words).
•  August 30th, 2023: short paper (4 - 6 pages) submission, only for those who wish to be published in the conference Book of short papers (with ISBN).
•  September 30th, 2023: upload of the final version of the submitted short papers, after the review process.

• Till July 31st, 2023: early bird reduced accreditation fees (€170), special early bird reduced fees for junior participants* (€120); early bird reduced accreditation fees for associates who are up to date with annual fees (€100); special early bird reduced fees for junior participants* associates who are up to date with annual fees (€50).
• From August 1st, 2023: regular accreditation fees € 190 (for junior participants € 130); regular accreditation fees for associates who are up to date with annual fees € 120 (for junior participants* € 70) Accreditation fees are requested to at least one of the authors of each contribution (abstract and/or short paper) and for any participant to the conference.

*Junior participants are students and unstructured under 33 years old.
