Conference Fees

Early bird participation fees (payment before August 1st, 2023)

  • € 50 - early registration for junior participants (students, PhD and post-doc under 33 years old) in good standing with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 120 - early registration for junior participants (students, PhD and post-doc under 33  years old)  NOT in good standing with the payment of the ASA  membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 100 - early registration for participants in good standing with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 170 - early registration for  participants NOT in good standing with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration

 

Regular participation fees (payment after August 1st, 2023)

  • € 70 - regular registration for junior participants (students, PhD and post-doc under 33 years old) in good standing with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 130 - regular registration for junior participants (students, PhD and post-doc under 33 years old)  NOT in good standing with the payment of the ASA  membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 120 - regular registration for senior participants in good standing with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration
  • € 190 - regular registration for senior participants NOT in good standing  with the payment of the ASA membership fee for 2023 at the date of the registration

 

Registration for the conference also includes (for those who are not already members) ASA membership until the end of 2023(after ASA council acceptance).

Due to administrative problems, the on-site conference registration desk will accept ONLY CASH.
