Caroline Haglund Stignor

Focus Area Manager for Energy Efficiency at RISE (Sweden), Co-Leader of the Heat Pump Centre (HPT TCP, IEA)

Caroline Haglund Stignor has more than 20 years’ experience from working with heat pumps in an international context, ranging from research to testing, from standardisation to policy advises. At present she is Focus Area Manager for Energy Efficiency at RISE. She has more than ten years’ experience from management positions at RISE, e.g. for the heat pump laboratory and as the head of the section for Sustainable Energy Systems at RISE (and former SP).

In addition, she is one of the co-leads of the Heat Pump Centre, the communication centre and programme office of the Technology Collaboration Programme on Heat Pumping Technologies at (HPT TCP) by IEA. She has been active within standardisation, Ecodesign and Energy Labelling work for heat pumps for more than ten years and is the Chair of the Technical Committee for Heat Pumps at SIS in Sweden as well as of the Heat Pump Technology Panel (HPTP) of the Renewable Heating and Cooling (RHC) Platform.
