Relazioni

Gli/le autori/trici avranno a disposizione 20 minuti per presentare la relazione, a cui seguiranno 10 minuti dedicati alle domande. Si prega di caricare i file delle presentazioni sul computer dell’aula prima dell’inizio della relativa sessione. Si accettano presentazioni nei formati di PowerPoint (.ppt; .pptx) e Adobe PDF (.pdf). Sarà richiesto di utilizzare i computer presenti nelle aule, senza poter collegare al proiettore i propri portatili.

Poster

I poster dovranno essere stampati in formato A0 con orientamento verticale (841mm di larghezza e 1189mm di altezza). Gli/le autori/trici sono invitati/e a esporre i loro poster almeno 30 minuti prima della sessione e a rimuoverli dopo il termine della stessa. Il comitato organizzatore non sarà responsabile dei dei poster lasciati dopo la fine della sessione. Sarà fornito tutto il necessario per l’affissione dei poster ai pannelli. Infine, si ricorda che i poster saranno presentati soltanto durante le relative sessioni poster, ovvero senza presentazioni brevi in plenaria.

Oral presentations

Presenters will have 20 minutes to present their paper, followed by 10 minutes for questions. All presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentations to the conference computer before the beginning of the session in which they present. PowerPoint (.ppt; .pptx) and Adobe PDF (.pdf) are the accepted presentation formats. Please remember that you will not be allowed to use your own PC to deliver your presentation. Each conference room is equipped with a PC and projector.

Poster presentations

Printed posters should be A0 in size with portrait orientation (841mm x 1,189mm). Presenters are advised to mount their posters at least 30 minutes before the poster session starts and to remove them at the end. Conference organisers will not be responsible for posters left unattended after the poster session. Material for poster mounting will be available on site. Finally, poster presenters are reminded that no poster slam is planned and they will only present their poster during one of the dedicated poster sessions.
