Please compile all the fields as indicated. After the 15th of May we will inform you about the acceptance of your abstract and your request of oral or poster presentation. We will also indicate the exact amount to be paid together with the bank transfer details. Cancellation terms

Cancellations must be received in writing. A 50 euro processing fee will be applied to refund requests made by August 11th 2023, eventual bank charges will also be deducted. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date nor will they be given for failure to attend or unattended events. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference under the condition that the appropriate banking information has been provided.
