Sponsorship costs are exclusive of VAT. Italian VAT will apply as follows to sponsorship packages:
■ If the sponsor is based in Italy, the sponsorship fee will incur VAT @ 22%.
■ If the sponsor in based within the EU, and provides a VAT number, the reverse charge rule will apply.
■ For sponsors outside the EU, no VAT is charged.
For members of ClustER Mech, the Organizing Committee offers a 15% discount on sponsorship fees.
