Please, read this information carefully before filling in the registration form
Use this registration form to pay the conference fee. With this form you can also book and pay for the social dinner, the social trip and accommodation at a special rate for the duration of the conference. You can decide not to book your accommodation with this form, but in this case, you have to find your own accommodation independently.
For organizational reasons, you need to register for each event you would like to participate in, also those that are included in the Conference fee, i.e. guided walking tour of Bertinoro and Italian aperitivo on the 12th July. If you come with one or two accompanying persons, you have to fill in separate forms, one for yourself and one for each accompanying person

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
The Conference fee includes admission to the Conference from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, Conference pack, tea/coffee breaks from Wednesday to Saturday, lunches from Wednesday to Saturday, a guided walking tour of Bertinoro followed by an Italian aperitivo, shuttle buses from/to Forlì train station on July 12th and July 15th and 16th. More detailed information on the times of these buses will be posted on the conference website at https://eventi.unibo.it/pala2023 in the page “Getting there”

*Proof of student status should be sent to lilec.pala2023@unibo.it before paying your fee.
You can prove your student status by sending one of the following:
a. a scanned copy of your student card;
b. a copy of a confirmation of enrolment/enrolment verification letter;
c. a letter confirming that you are pursuing an undergraduate, postgraduate or PhD course of study from either your Supervisor or your Head of Department. This should be on university-headed paper, signed and stamped.
Please also note that, if you are a PhD student but you are also a paid member of the university staff, you automatically count as a lecturer and not as a student
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Accompanying persons are non-academics, e.g. partners or family members, attending the Conference with an academic. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to the Conference from Wednesday to Saturday, tea/coffee breaks from Wednesday to Saturday, lunches from Wednesday to Saturday, a guided walking tour of Bertinoro followed by an Italian aperitivo, shuttle buses from/to Forlì train station on July 12th and July 15th and 16th. SOCIAL PROGRAMME REGISTRATION FEES

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is available from the 12th to the 15th July included. All rooms have a private bathroom and internet connection
With this form you can book accommodation at
- FULLY BOOKED Seminario Vescovile. This residential complex is part of the Congress center, where the conference will take place. It offers a choice of single rooms or twin-bedded rooms (see https://www.ceub.it/servizi-alberghieri/)
A limited number of rooms are also available: - FULLY BOOKED At Hotel la Colonna (https://www.hotellacolonna.it). This is situated in the village at walking distance from the Congress center
- FULLY BOOKED At Hotel Panorama (https://www.hotelpanoramabertinoro.it). This is situated in the village at walking distance from the Congress center
- At Grand Hotel Terme della Fratta (https://www.termeemiliaromagna.it/grand-hotel-terme-della-fratta/). This is situated 5 km from the Congress center. A daily shuttle bus will take you to the Congress center. Please note that this hotel has been badly damaged by the recent flooding. Delegates that have booked at this hotel will be accommodated at Hotel Fontanelle. Via Loreta 271 - 47032 Fratta Terme.
If you book a double room, you and your roommate should fill in two separate forms. In the section marked as “NOTE” on the form, you should both write the name and surname of your roommate.
The following rates are intended per person, per night, breakfast included:
- single room at Seminario Vescovile: € 49.00
- twin-bedded room at Seminario Vescovile: € 39.00
- single room at Hotel la Colonna: € 55.00
- double room at Hotel la Colonna: € 50.00
- single room at Hotel Panorama: € 90.00
- double room at Hotel Panorama: € 65.00
- single room at Grand Hotel Terme della Fratta: € 65.00 (transfer to/from the conference center included)
- double room at Grand Hotel Terme della Fratta: € 55.00 (transfer to/from the conference center included)
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 15th May 2023 will be eligible for a full refund (bar administrative costs and bank charges). Cancellations made up to June 1st 2023 will be eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations made after June 1st will not be eligible for refund. All refunds will be made after the Conference. Notice of cancellation must be sent to the Conference email address lilec.pala2023@unibo.it and to mmichelacci@ceub.it
