Presentation Information

Oral Presentations

• Invited Lectures: 20 minutes (incl. 2-3 min for discussion)
• Oral Presentations: 15 minutes (incl. 2-3 min for discussion)

Speakers are kindly requested to use the conference room computer (Windows operating system) and upload their presentation files before the start of the session.

Poster Presentations

The poster boards are designed for A0 posters in vertical format (portrait orientation): 84.1 cm width × 118.9 cm height (or 33.1 inches width x 46.8 inches height). Materials for mounting your poster will be provided on site.
There will be two poster sessions, one on Tuesday 19 May and the other on Thursday 21 May. Each poster will be presented during one of these two sessions.

Posters shall be mounted on the morning of the assigned session day (Tuesday or Thursday). The poster boards will be labeled with poster numbers.
