Target Group
The Staff Training Week is intended for university administrative staff working in doctoral administration, research support, international relations, or academic governance, with experience on doctoral education.
Selection Process
28 August - 21 September: Call for applications is open
22 - 25 September: Selection of participants
28 September - 2 October: Announcement of selected candidates
Participants will be selected based on relevance to the Staff Week topics and institutional balance.
Rules and General Information
A maximum of 40 participants will be admitted.
A limit of 2 participants per institution applies.
The event will be confirmed only if at least 20 participants register.
The working language is English. We strongly recommend participants to have a good command of spoken and written English.
The programme is free of charge. However, travel, accommodation, meals, and other personal expenses are not covered. Participants are encouraged to use Erasmus+ Staff Mobility funds to cover these costs.
