Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in 70 × 100 cm format (W × H), preferably printed on paper support (strongly recommended). Assistance for poster installation will be available on site.

Posters will remain displayed throughout the entire conference. Presenters are kindly requested to mount their posters before the first poster session on the morning of June 4th.

Detailed information, including poster number and assigned poster session, will be available on the conference website next week.

Please note that the Scientific Committee will award the best poster in each session.

Registration is currently open, and all presenters are required to register by May 18th, 2026.

Instructions for Oral Presentations

Presenters should prepare a 10-minute oral presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session moderated by the session chairs.

Presentation slides must be submitted by June 1st, 2026 to: polaris@unimib.it

Accepted formats are:

• PPT
• PPTX
• PDF

Please use a 16:9 format and ensure the file size does not exceed 20 MB.

The final conference program, including the schedule of oral presentation sessions, will be available soon on the conference website.
