Call for Abstracts

ABSTRACTS

The official language of the meeting is English.

SCIENTIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS

Participants are invited to submit a one-page abstract for Oral (O) or Poster (P) presentations no later than 31st May 2023.  !!!!!! NEW DEADLINE 30th of JUNE !!!!!!!!!   

The template for the abstract preparation can be downloaded from this page (bottom section) and must be saved as:

surname_name_P/K/O_MS#.doc

(P= Poster; K = Keynote; O = Oral; MS# = Micro Symposium number)

The authors will be notified of acceptance for selected Oral or Poster presentations by 20th June 2023. Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Book of abstracts.

The Conference Book will be available  as downloadable PDF file on this website.

Oral presentations

The duration of the Oral presentations is 15 minutes including the discussion. During the presentation, the time available will be signaled to the speaker with appropriate devices. The timing of the communications will be strictly enforced by the session coordinators in order to avoid delays in the program and delays in the parallel sessions.

The speakers will have at their disposal a video projector connected to a PC with MS Windows operating system. The presentation must be prepared in MS PowerPoint  or PDF format and stored on a USB stick.

Use personal computers is strongly discouraged.

Poster presentations

The poster  format must be 100 x 70 cm (vertical).

Poster prizes, sponsored by CCDC, are available.
