Call for Abstracts
Oral contributions are welcome on any subject within the Topics of the IFARP-7 meeting. Authors are requested to submit their abstracts no later than 31 January 2026, following the instructions below.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their contribution and its presentation format not later than 15 February 2026.
Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be collected in a Book of Abstracts. An electronic version of the Book of Abstracts will be distributed to all registered participants.
Instructions for Presentations
Only oral presentations in presence are allowed.
- Invited lecture: 25 minutes + 5 min for questions
- Contributed oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 min for questions
Presenters will have access to a PC running Microsoft Powerpoint. We kindly ask all speakers to submit their Power Point presentations in a format compatible with Microsoft Office 2010, and to upload their file on the presentation PC at 9:00 AM of the day of their talk. Speakers should be present in the Meeting Auditorium at least 15 minutes before the start of theit session in order to introduce themselves to the Session Chair.
Instructions for Abstracts
Please submit your abstract through the EasyChair platform at the following link:

If you do not already have an account, choose “Sign up for an account” and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation email after creating your account. Use your defined user ID and a password to access the submission system.
Once logged in, select “New Submission”.
Provide information for all authors, specifying at least one Corresponding Author. If the abstract has more than three authors, use the “Click here to add more authors” option.
Enter the Title and Abstract as plain text in the online form (for database purposes only). However, the official abstract must be submitted as a PDF file using the provided template. Please note that the abstract length must not exceed one A4 page, as indicated in the template.
Enter at least three keywords, one per line.
Select one or more relevant topics from the list provided.
Upload your abstract file in .pdf format and click “Submit”.
Once submitted, you can access your submission(s) through the “Overview” or “My Submissions” menu. You may edit your submission, make corrections, or upload a revised version of your abstract until the submission deadline.
Publication of manuscripts
Selected papers will be published in Radiation Physics and Chemistry (Elsevier) as part of a Virtual Special Issue (VSI) guest edited by Jorge E. Fernandez, Marta Maier, Fernando Marte, and Francesco Teodori. Presenters of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit one full paper (limited to one per primary author) to Radiation Physics and Chemistry. All submitted manuscripts will undergo the standard peer-review process in accordance with the journal’s procedures and quality standards.
