Gian Piero Spada Award

The “Gian Piero Spada Medal” is awarded annually to final-year PhD students in the Chemistry Doctoral Program at the University of Bologna, in recognition of outstanding thesis work that has made a significant contribution to the various fields of Chemistry.

The award is assigned during the conference day “NextGenCHEM - New Frontiers in Chemistry: Research by PhD Candidates” for Doctoral Candidates and PhD Students in Chemistry. The event consists of three sessions: a morning session and an afternoon session of oral presentations, accompanied by a poster session.
