Abstract Guidelines and Abstract Template

To submit your abstract, please, follow the guidelines you will find below.

Abstracts can be submitted any time until the deadline 31 January 2026 using the abstract submission website.

The acceptance of the abstract will be announced to the authors via e-mail by 20 February 2026. The presenting author must register before 23 February 2026, otherwise the abstract will not be included in the SECM12 program.

No more than 2 abstracts can be submitted by the same presenting author (1 oral communication and 1 poster or 2 posters).

On the abstract submission webside, presenting authors are required to provide the following information:

• Author name
• Affiliation(s) with email address
• Accademic or professional position
• Preferred presentation form (oral or poster)
• Title of the work to be presented
• Keywords (please include 3-5 keywords)
• Abstract document (in doc format using the provided Template)

The Abstracts should be short and concise including the subject, the methods used, and the main results achieved.
