Registration fees:

The conference fee includes the conference inscription (with workshop materials - book of abstract, access to the presentations/posters/exhibitor areas, coffee breaks), accommodation (in single or double room), breakfasts, lunches, dinners, gala dinner and excursion/free time activity.

Please note that separate fees will apply for single and double rooms, as well as for early bird and late registrations. It will also be possible to add accompanying persons and children to the accommodation booking. In case of children please contact the organizers directly. Accompanying person fee includes accomodation together with workshop participant, breakfasts, dinners and social dinner.

To register for the conference, please click on the following link, which will direct you to a Google Form managed by Hotel Continental. The Form can be completed using any valid email address.

In this Form, you will be asked to select your room preference, as well as the number of accompanying persons and children. Upon successful submission of the Form, you will receive by email a personalized link directly from Hotel Continental to complete the registration and to obtain detailed payment instructions (e.g., Credit Card or Bank transfer).
