Rates

  • Early bird rate before 15 April 2023: 850€
  • After 15 April 2023: 950€
  • Student rate: 650€

The student rate is intended for PhD students or post-docs (within four years after phd title)  and it is available in limited number, with accommodation in shared rooms.

Students making a presentation will have priority over students who are non-presenting co-authors of a paper being presented. Non-presenting co-authors will have priority over students attending as observers.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the full conference program from May 21st (afternoon) to May 25, 2023 (afternoon).
  • All meals during the conference and social dinner.
  • Accommodation for four nights at the Hotel Flamingo Resort:
    • Single room (standard rate)
    • Shared double room (student rate).
  • Excursion on Wednesday afternoon to the archeological site of Nora.

Payment information

It is possible to confirm the registration either with a credit card (no prepayment needed) or via a wire transfer of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The final payment will be done directly at the Hotel Flamingo Resort.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be notified to the SSVM 2023 Conference Organizers.

No penalty and full refund of the 30% pre-payment from the reservation until 20 April 2023 - free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival - cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: penalty of 15% of the stay - cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: penalty of 30% of the stay.

NB! If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

Invitation letter

If you require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, please contact the conference organizers at . Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
