Abstract submission

The focus of this workshop will be on on-going projects, with a special focus on the scientific exploitation of the first Euclid data. The SOC kindly asks the participants not to submit abstracts on PLKP papers already published or submitted to the ECEB.

Registration on site

A registration desk will be set up during the welcome cocktail (check out here the time & location).
On the first day of the workshop (Wed. 14th) you will find the registration desk just outside the great hall from 9AM. If you arrive late and do not find anyone at the desk, just look for the red badges of the LOC. 
 

Virtual participation

The meeting is expected to be mainly in person, to foster discussions, but remote attendance will be made possible. A Zoom link has been provided on slack and on Redmine. 

Fee 

  • In person "regular" fee: €205 (includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome drink) + €45 for social dinner
  • In person "PhD" fee: €105 (includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome drink) + €45 for social dinner
  • Virtual participation will be free

WIFI

WiFi internet access will be available in the conference hall through Eduroam and ALMAWIFI. ALMAWIFI credentials will be provided to all participants. Configuration instructions can be found here.
An ID number and signature will be required. The Information about processing of personal data is attached below.
