Abstract submission

Abstract submission Deadline: 15/06/2025 

Participation in the Workshop is open to both oral, pitch (short communications) and poster presentations. Abstracts must be written in English, following the template provided at the bottom of the page, and submitted via the website in doc format through the designated form no later than 15/06/2025.  

Once the deadline has passed, the Symposium Organizers will evaluate all abstracts for content and relevance to the Symposium. 
 
The Organizers will schedule all acceptable abstracts as either oral, pitches or poster presentations. 
 
Once all abstracts have been scheduled, Letters of Acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors of the accepted abstracts. 
 
The Abstract file must be uploaded in the first step of the submission process.

The file must be either in .doc or .docx formats. The Abstract must fit in a single page.

Use the template provided in this page.

Name the Abstract file as “Type-Surname_Name” [“Type” must be substituted with a letter, KN = Key note,  I = invited, O = regular oral, YP = Young Scientist pitch  and P =poster]. 

 
If you do not receive the green message that your abstract has been successfully uploaded, please send an email to: wew.ics25@unibo.it 

 
After the Abstract upload step, please proceed and fill all the other fields of the Abstract submission procedure.
