Submit a Paper

Submission deadline: 30 January 2026.

Notification of acceptance: Three weeks after the submission deadline.

 Submissions may consist of either a full paper or an extended abstract. The submission link directs authors to the Ex Ordo platform, where a short registration is required. You will be asked to provide general information about the contribution and upload your paper or extended abstract.

Please note that Junior Scholars may apply for the BFS Awards only if they submit a full paper (submissions based solely on an extended abstract are not eligible).

In addition, authors must provide a short abstract (max 100 words) in text format, which will be used for inclusion in the Book of Abstracts.
