• Academic/Non Members: 520 €
  
• Student*: 150 €
  
• Non Academic BFS Members: 620 €
• Non Academic/Non Members: 720 €

Regular (until  July 3, 2026)

• Academic BFS Members: 520 € 
• Academic/Non Members: 670 €
• Student*: 200 €
• Non Academic BFS Members: 720 €
• Non Academic/Non Members: 820 €

*"Student" includes master's students and PhD students. The student fee covers the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference kit.

Fees for all other categories also include the social dinner.

Financial support for Early Career Researchers* presenting at the Congress will be available. Details will be provided alongside acceptance decisions deadlines.

*ERC will be defined as \leq 3y post PhD at the time of the congress.

Travel support

Travel support for early career researchers accepted to present during the congress will be available. Details to be published soon.
