Registration is now open!

We are glad to invite you to register to the Conference. Registrations are now open using the procedure available online at this link: https://ticket.fondazionealmamater.it/fam/carvmcpc-2023/

Please consider that the ‘early bird’ registration mode and fees will be available until March 15, 2023.

To present and to have your paper included in the Springer Proceedings, note that at least one Author must be registered to the Conference when the camera-ready paper is uploaded. Rates for additional paper(s) are, also, available.

Below the Participants can find the rates for the 9th CARV and 11th MCPC Conferences:

• Early Academics: €550 (by March, 15)
• Early Ph.D. Students: €400 (by March, 15)
• Industrial Participants: €650
• Late Registration: €700 (from March, 16)
• Spouses: €250
• Additional Paper: €150

• Industrial tour: €100

Prices including VAT at 22%

Each author is allowed to submit and present a maximum of two Full Papers (up to 8 pages), which will be published in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (edited by Springer) and eligible for selection and extension onto the Conference’s Special Issues.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all Conference oral sessions;
• Participation to round tables and workshops;
• Publication of the accepted papers in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering;

• Conference materials;
• Coffee breaks, light lunch, and refreshments as will be detailed in the Conference program;
• Conference Gala dinner.
