Registrations are open.

The 2026 edition of the Customer Journey Conference offers a dedicated space for scholarly exchange and discussion on the evolving dynamics of customer journeys.

Please note that the number of available places is limited.

Applications are accepted under the following registration fee categories:

  • Academic invitee: scholars officially invited to the conference
  • Regular fee: scholars, experts, and practitioners interested in the conference theme. Applications in this category are subject to approval by the Conference Scientific Committee

The registration and payment process is managed by FAM – Fondazione Alma Mater.

Registrations are open and will close on June 1, 2026. Payment is required upon registration.
An accompanying person may attend the social dinner upon payment of an additional fee.

The registration fee is refundable until June 1, 2026, upon cancellation and submission of a justified reimbursement request to fam.eventi@unibo.it. Reimbursement requests received after June 1, 2026 will not be accepted.
