Call for Submission

The Call for Submissions for the 21st EARA Conference will open in early 2027.

To better support our international community, submissions will be accepted in two rounds.

The first submission round will be particularly beneficial for participants who need additional time to prepare their attendance, for example to apply for travel funding, obtain a visa, or make other travel arrangements. Authors submitting during this round will receive an early notification of acceptance in 2027, allowing them to plan their participation well in advance.

The second (regular) submission round will close on 31 January 2028, with final notifications of acceptance being sent by mid-March 2028.

Both submission rounds will follow the same submission guidelines and review criteria. Detailed information on submission categories, guidelines, deadlines, and the submission platform will be published on this page as the conference approaches.

We warmly invite researchers from around the world to submit their work and join us in Bologna for an inspiring scientific and social experience.
