Social Program

A rich social programme will accompany the scientific sessions, offering participants the opportunity not only to discover the unique cultural, historical, and culinary heritage of Bologna, but also to build new connections and strengthen existing collaborations within the international EARA community.

The social programme has been designed to foster networking and informal exchanges among researchers at all career stages while allowing participants to experience the vibrant atmosphere of one of Europe's most fascinating university cities.

The programme will include:

  • Guided tours to discover the history, culture, and hidden gems of Bologna;
  • The Early Career Dinner, providing young researchers with an informal opportunity to network with peers and senior scholars;
  • The Conference Social Dinner, hosted in a unique and memorable venue, where participants will enjoy an unforgettable evening together;
  • And, to conclude the conference, a special surprise event that we hope will leave everyone with lasting memories of EARA 2028 and the city of Bologna.

We look forward to welcoming you not only to an outstanding scientific conference, but also to an unforgettable social experience in the heart of Italy.
