Accommodation and meals

Meals tickets: Lunch vouchers at 6 €, value added tax (VAT) included, can be booked and purchased using the registration form. They will be offered at the University canteen within walking distance (5 min) from the conference site.

Accommodation: Participants to the conference are kindly requested to take care of the booking of their accommodation. Arrangements have been made with some of the following locations and a list of hotels at walking distance from the conference site is given:

RESIDENZA ER.GO (university residency)

Via del Carpentiere, 58-60 – Bologna 40138 – Italia

A number of single and double rooms (200 beds) are available in this student dormitory easily reachable from the conference site (approximately 20 min by bus). The prices per night are: 35 € (single room) and 28 € (double room) and the rates are value added tax (VAT) exempt. Booking of accomodation will be on a “first come - first served“ basis and will be available until 25/06/24.

During the registration process you will be requested to use an identification code called Tax Code (codice fiscale) and an Invitation Code.

Tax Code: it is very likely that you will not possess the Tax Code. In this case you can use a calculator to generate it for example: https://www.miocodicefiscale.com/en/. Please note that this is Tax Code is just a required means of identification and it is NOT registered with the Italian tax authorities.

Invitation Code: please use ABZ94A

After completing the registration process you should login and click the Check Availability tab to find the list of rooms from which you can select, book and pay your room. On the site it is not possible to choose a partner for the shared rooms but since the rooms are singularly numbered it is possible that two persons wishing to share a room book the same room independently. Another possibility is to contact the ER.GO organization at the e-mail address given below to ask for special arrangements.
In case of cancellation, if communicated before 15/07/2024 a 60% reimbursement can be obtained. After this date no reimbursment will be granted.
