The total amount of payment due will be stated together with the payment details as part of the registration. Please allow a few business days for this process and note that your registration is only considered final after we receive the amount due. Payment

Cancellation terms

Cancellations must be received in writing. A 100 € processing fee will be applied to refund requests made by August 1st 2024, eventual bank charges will also be deducted. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date nor will they be given for failure to attend or unattended events. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the conference under the condition that the appropriate banking information has been provided.
