Abstract Submission Payment Information

An APC of €40 per abstract applies.

It is possible to pay for more than one Abstract at the same time by selecting the quantity of Submissions in the appropriate box.

The system will require to fill in details for every submission. In particular, the EasyChair contribution ID must be provided.

Finally, a unique payment can be made, and a single invoice will be returned.

For every order, please, carefully fill in the required invoice details, since changes are not allowed once the payment is completed.

If questions arise, please, contact us at fam.eventi@unibo.it indicating your Contribution ID, whenever possible.

Registrations are open according to the key dates specification.

You can choose to attend the gala dinner while registering or, later, by selecting the specific product.

Cancellation Policy

Early bird registrations cancelled before 15/06/2025 are eligible for a 30% refund of the registration fee.
