On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you in Bologna at the 5th International Conference on Interface Properties in Organic and Hybrid Electronics: Perspectives & Key Challenges.
IPOE's goals
In continuity with the spirit of the previous editions, IPOE will focus on the physical phenomena that occur at organic/organic, organic/inorganic, and organic/metal interfaces. These interfacial processes play a crucial role in numerous (bio-)physico-chemical mechanisms, spanning from solar energy conversion to biosensing.
The conference aims to encompass a broad spectrum of topics throughout experimental and theoretical investigations.
TOPICS
- Charge trapping and transport mechanisms
- Charge separation and generation mechanisms
- Solar energy conversion
- Energy transfer processes
- Molecular spintronics
- Materials for interface engineering
- Organic and Hybrid sensors and devices
- Interfacial versus bulk properties
- 2D materials, perovskites and MOFs
- Hybrid, organic and inorganic interfaces
- Molecular modelling and theoretical models
- Metal/organic interfaces
