• Abstract Submission start: March 5th, 2026
• Abstract Submission deadline: May 4th, 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: June 10th, 2026
• Early Registration Open: June 10th, 2026
• Early Registration Deadline: July 10th, 2026
• Late Registration Open: July 11th, 2026

Fees

The registration fee includes access to the conference site and all scientific program activities as well as coffee and lunch breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Early registration fees (10th June - 10th July 2026):

• PhD students: 350 euro
• Standard fee:  610 euro
