• Abstract Submission start: March 5th, 2026
• Abstract Submission deadline: May 18th, 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: June 10th, 2026
• Early Registration Open: June 22th, 2026
• Early Registration Deadline: July 15th, 2026
• Late Registration Open: July 16th, 2026

Fees

The registration fee includes access to the conference site and all scientific program activities as well as coffee and lunch breaks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Early registration fees (22th June - 15th July 2026):

• PhD students: 350 euro
• Standard fee:  610 euro

Standard registration fees (16th July 2026 - 16th September 2026):

• PhD students: 450 euro
• Standard fee:  650 euro
