Submission Process
To submit your abstract for IPOE 2026, you must complete both steps below.

STEP 1: Complete the Registration Form
Provide your author details, affiliation, and presentation preferences (15' Oral, Poster + 3' Pitch, or Poster) via our secure online form.
STEP 2: Email Your docx/PDF Abstract
After submitting the form, you must email your 1-page abstract directly to the organizing committee at ipoe2026@unibo.it
Please use the following naming convention for both your email subject and your file to ensure our system registers your submission:
- Required Email Subject Line: IPOE2026_Abstract_LastName_FirstName
- Required Attached File Name: Abstract_LastName_FirstName.pdf
Important: Submissions sent with generic subject lines or incorrect file names may be lost in our spam filters.
