Gala Dinner

With beautiful views of the valley below, surrounding hills and the Adriatic in the distance, we will be serving the following menu on the castle portico:

Starters: Fresh mushroom salad; Parma ham with cantaloupe; "Piadina Romagnola" with a local fresh quark-style cheese called "squaquerone"

First Courses: Vegetable lasagne and/or Trofie -- fresh twisted pasta --with speck and courgettes.

Main course:    Roast veal, grilled tomatoes and aubergines/eggplant, roast potatoes

Dessert  :  Strawberry cheesecake

Fruit: Watermelon

Accompanied by a choice of local red and white wine. Bottled water available for those who choose to abstain from the delights of Bacchus.

 Specific menus are planned for all who have previously requested special meals.
