Accommodation

The conference location provides a full service dining facility: seats 200 for breakfast, lunch and gala dinners and accommodates those with special dietary requirements.

All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom, telephone, TV, and wi-fi connection.

Please note: Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Conference participants will be housed in the neighboring town (shuttle bus provided), when all accommodation in Bertinoro is filled.  

• The Fortress and Seminary - 80 bedrooms (all rooms have 2 single beds); 
• Hotel Panorama and Hotel la Colonna 20 rooms in Bertinoro; a two minute walk uphill  to the Fortress.
