Fees and Registration

Registration is mandatory and includes a fee that covers the conference kit, coffee breaks, light lunches, and the social dinner on July 3, 2025. It also includes the Bologna Congress Card, offering discounts and promotions on transportation, merchandising, tours, and restaurants. Detailed fees can be found below. SIS/IASS members have reduced fees, join SIS here or join IASS here. Early-bird fees expire on May 12, 2025, while registrations close on June 19, 2025.

To foster inclusivity and knowledge exchange, the Organizing Committee of ITACOSM2025-IASS Satellite Conference is pleased to offer a limited number of conference fee exemptions for three young fellows from particularly poor/developing/non-OECD countries.
