Fees and Registration

Registration is mandatory and includes a fee that covers the conference kit, coffee breaks, light lunches, and the social dinner on July 3, 2025. Detailed fees can be found below. SIS/IASS members have reduced fees, join SIS here or join IASS here. Early-bird fees expire on May 12, 2025.

To foster inclusivity and knowledge exchange, the Organizing Committee of ITACOSM2025-IASS Satellite Conference is pleased to offer a limited number of conference fee exemptions for three young fellows from particularly poor/developing/non-OECD countries. Please see this page for the call for applications, with deadline of 15 April 2025.
